Dezeen has introduced the Designers of the Yr shortlist for the inaugural Dezeen Awards China, which incorporates Mario Tsai, OPEN Structure and Ziin Life.
The Designers of the Yr award rewards the perfect rising and established expertise or studio throughout structure, interiors and design, and recognises these whose progressive work has made a notable influence on the design, interiors and structure business in China.
18 studios shortlisted throughout six classes
The 18 shortlisted names, that are within the working for awards in six totally different Designers of the Yr classes, embody Beijing-based Vector Architects, shortlisted for architect of the 12 months, Chengdu-based MUDA Architects, shortlisted for rising inside designer of the 12 months and Shanghai-based Studio Kae shortlisted for rising designer of the 12 months.
