Designed as a sculptural folly, Wedding ceremony Cake is an immersive set up at Waddesdon Manor in Buckinghamshire, England, which “combines patisserie and structure as a temple to like”.

Commenters overwhelmingly cherished it, calling the undertaking camp, eccentric and indulgent. One quipped “it may well’t all be modernism – plus, I really like a very good folly”.

Different tales sparking debate on this week’s publication included an interview with French designer Philippe Starck through which he argued the following technology of designers might want to account for a disaster of sexuality and will purpose for an asexual design language.
