A Ford Mustang veered off an embankment and burst into flames in an unincorporated Waukegan Friday evening after an obvious highway rage incident.
An investigation revealed the driving force of the Mustang had been concerned in a site visitors altercation with a 40-year-old Gurnee man within the space of Wadsworth Street and Delany Street in Wadsworth, based on the Lake County sheriff’s workplace.
Throughout the struggle, Joseph Ebler, 28, of the 11300 block of West Wadsworth Street in Seashore Park, pulled out a pistol and threatened to shoot the sufferer whereas they have been stopped at a site visitors gentle, the sheriff’s workplace mentioned.
The sufferer fled southbound and Ebler adopted him, pulled subsequent to him and pointed a gun in his path.

He was later charged with aggravated illegal use of a weapon, aggravated assault with a lethal weapon, aggravated DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
