Led by Elie-Antoine Atallah, Philadelphia-based Studio of Metropolitan Design Architects (SoMD) accomplished the Katzin Residence in December 2022.
The 1,200-square foot (110-square metre) dwelling was constructed within the Twenties by architect Walter Carlson for DuPont lawyer CR Mudge on six acres downriver from Philadelphia.
