

CHICAGO — Police have issued a neighborhood alert after a person tried to kidnap a 5-year-old woman from the town’s Northwest Facet.
The mom and youngster had been strolling on the 5100 block of West Fullerton Avenue round 11:58 a.m. Thursday within the Belmont-Cragin neighborhood, when an unknown man began to comply with them.
In keeping with police, the person engaged in dialog with the mom and provided her an unknown sum of money in alternate for her daughter.
When the lady refused, the person tried to seize the woman by the hair in the direction of him, police mentioned. The mom and daughter had been in a position to get away safely.
In keeping with police, the person has a skinny beard with vibrant crimson hair and between 20 to 25-years previous. He’s described to be about 5-foot-6 and weighs round 160 kilos. The person was carrying a black hat, black t-shirt and crimson shorts on the time of the incident.
